• Question: what time did do your marathon?, do you have any tips so i can train?

      I did my marathon in 4:02. I was pretty disappointed not to have finished in under four hours, but I’m doing another marathon later this year, so that’s the aim.

      Training is tough! It’s a long process, which can’t be left to the last minute. My advice is to begin lengthening out your long runs three or four months before your marathon event, so that you can gradually increase the distance every week. The real difficulty is the mental challenge, so convincing your brain that you can run 26.2 miles is half the battle!
