There is a funny thing to talk about and that’s called ‘spaghettification’. That means that if you fall towards a black hole, the gravitational force becomes so extreme that it will distort you and make you thinner and thinner – until you look like a spaghetti. It’s fun to talk about it, but I wouldn’t like to be in that situation. In other words, if you fall in a black hole you would die anyway, so you wouldn’t be able to say what is ‘on the other side’, if there is such a thing as the other side.
Nothing can escape it because its gravitational attraction is immense. In order to escape the gravitational attraction of a black hole, you would have to travel faster than light, and this is impossible.
